People at the destination
Separate a contact person from a confirmed receiving person. Do not assume a family relationship or a verbal agreement establishes all arrangements.
03 / Your next question
Locations and timing to discuss
Record the helping person’s constraints as enquiry inputs. Ask the operator to explain actual locations, timing and responsibilities without treating customer preferences as an operating schedule.
Keep the question clear
Does the board authorise a representative?
No. Writing someone’s role is a customer note only. Ask what evidence or authority arrangements the actual situation needs.
Must I enter another person’s phone number?
The board does not request another person’s number. Start with a general role and review the purpose and consent for sharing contact details.
